Shannon was such a great host! She was super responsive and accommodating before and throughout our entire stay. Our group of 10 adults and 4 littles had more than enough space to sleep and hangout especially in the huge retreat like living room. There were even tiny beds, high chairs, and a little table with chairs for our little ones. Everyone enjoyed their time. Thanks again Shannon!
Great place to stay! The living room was very nice and comfortable, and everything was well organized. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend it.
The conditions of this listing were unacceptable and posed serious health and safety risks. Key Issues: Incorrect Address: The listing stated 282 Prospect Rd, but the actual property is 283 Prospect Rd, causing confusion and delay upon arrival. Misleading Photos: The images on the listing do not accurately represent the property’s current condition. Living room was the initial reason for booking. It is very large but needs a lot of TLC. Mold in Basement: There was visible mold in the basement which is a severe health hazard. Children were expected to stay in this area. Bathroom Issues: One bathroom had no cold water, reducing usable bathrooms from four to two for 12 adults, 3 school-aged children, and a toddler. Unresolved Problems: Despite previous reviews citing similar issues, the host claimed these were fixed. They were not. Additional problems included: Broken (holes) doors and a damaged kitchen drawer Mold in lower-level bathroom and bedrooms A couch in the living rm on bricks
