- **Allan Cutri**: "The house was dirty, some amenities were missing or broken (no toddler bed in master, pool sport net broken and piled against fence). There were 4 bath towels for a reservation of 10 people. No coffee, paper towels or trash bags. No extra rolls of 1 ply toilet paper. House is generally worn and in need of maintenance and a deep cleaning. The air conditioning was turned off when we arrived and it was 90 degrees in the house. They did have towels and coffee pods delivered Friday morning, but none of our other concerns were addressed. They kept saying that they would talk to their management team to make things right but then never did anything or even communicated further. I don’t know if this is on Esther or the management company she uses, but I could never recommend this listing to a friend.
