The listing photos are outdated and altered; they do not represent the property’s current condition. The floors were so dirty we could not walk barefoot without getting black feet. Not to mention the musky smell!
The main house had no functional central AC upon arrival, taking almost 24 hours to fix. The coils were filthy & completely lacked an air filter. The game room window unit AC barely functioned, and the cottage bedroom PTAC never worked correctly, despite daily unfulfilled promises of a remote.
The 12-person hot tub was unusable due to algae growth & unbalanced chemicals. The pool was cleaned only once, overflowed during our last two days, and the standing water caused a mosquito surge.
Additionally, the Wi-Fi was inaccessible. Finally, during a rainstorm, multiple rooms suffered from flooding, with standing water seeping up through the slab. We cannot recommend this property." (4/5)
